About Our Company

We were started by brothers Preston, Max, and Scott in 1974 doing residential work: gutters, curbs, sidewalks and foundations. Now, 150+ teammembers later and hundreds of completed projects, we build critical civil infrastructure that supports the growth of our state.

BUILDING UTAH IS NO EASY TASK.

WE'VE SEEN OR BUILT JUST ABOUT ANYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE.

SOME OF OUR WORK:

Mike Ellis

Structural Maintenance Coordinator - UDOT

“The structures that UDOT asked [Gerber] to repair were completed ahead of schedule and met all of our required specifications. The quality of work, and the safety precautions that [Gerber] workers took while completing the project exceeded our expectations. Throughout our working relationship, our management felt confident that the work [Gerber] performed for us was being completed accurately and comprehensively and required minimal supervision.”

Bruce C. Barrett
Retired Area Manager (Provo Office) - Bureau of Reclamation

“I have been involved with Gerber on a number of large construction projects over the past 10 years and have been extremely pleased with their workmanship, integrity, commitment to a quality product, commitment to cost, and willingness to work with the owner… The projects have included work on dams, spillways, canals, pipelines, and tunnels… I highly recommend them as one of the best contractors in Utah and well qualified to bid heavy construction projects.”

Jack N. Lyman

Resident Engineer - UDOT

"On the several projects we have worked with [Gerber], including the Project from Ballard to Jensen and the Green River Bridge on SR-88, I have been so pleased with [Gerber's] expertise and workmanship. I have been really impressed with [Gerber's] quality standards and attention to detail… [Gerber], thanks for all you do to serve the public, to provide quality products on schedule and within budget."
